3. Fan List and Email Communications

Pure Sugar Music uses Mailchimp to manage Fan List subscriptions and send email communications. When you join the Fan List, information such as your name, email address, subscription status and communication preferences may be transferred to and processed by Mailchimp.

Mailchimp may also collect information about your interaction with our emails, including whether an email was delivered, opened or clicked. We may use this information to understand audience engagement and improve our communications.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of each email. We may retain limited information necessary to document and honor your unsubscribe request.

Mailchimp is operated by Intuit and processes information according to its own Global Privacy Statement.

4. DJ Promotional Communications and Inflyte

DJ Promo List applications are reviewed before approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

If your application is approved, we may transfer relevant information—such as your name, DJ or artist name and email address—to Inflyte so that you can receive and review promotional music.

Your use of the Inflyte service is also subject to Inflyte’s Privacy Policy. You may request removal from Pure Sugar Music’s promotional list through Inflyte or by submitting a request through our Contact page.

5. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website. Google Analytics may collect information such as:

We may retain information longer when required for legal, security, dispute-resolution or recordkeeping purposes.
